About Head Coach

 Hi! I'm Coach Danj. I hope you are having a good day as you are reading this.

To start off, my full name is Prince Abubakar Danjuma Mohammed but please call me Coach Danj.

I was born 1979 in West Africa Abuja Nigeria. I came to the Philippines in 2011 with a clear vision in mind: to develop the grassroots football in the Philippines.

I started playing football when I was 3 years old. Football has been a big part of me growing up. I was a former player of Niger Tornados as a Striker.

What have I been up to since I came here?

•  I started coaching in the Philippines with Gold FC in Marikina Complex wherein I am also the CEO in 2012 until 2015.
•  I obtained my Asian Football Confederation C License in 2015 in Bacolod under the Philippine Football Federation.
• I was the head coach of Kaya FC Academy Kinder for 3 months from November 2017 until January 2018.
• I am the assistant coach of Caribbean FC in Bonifacio Global City from 2017 until today.
• In March 2018, I acquired my Asian Football Confederation B License in Bacolod, still under the Philippine Football Federation.

Presently, I am with British School Manila as a football coach since August 2016.

Pinoys are very talented and smart, especially with football - even the humble Sipa, the use of the foot which is similar to the sport. Pinoys are also adept at playing, especially nowadays - wherein making it to the International football scene is not so much of a far-fetched dream. Ever since the introduction of United Football Leauge Philippines and the country's National Team (Azkals), football is now accessible to everyone who wants to be part of this exciting and competitive sport.

I teach and support kids with football training, not only in schools but also on various provinces outside Metro Manila. This helps them develop fitness & wellness,
coordination, sportsmanship, and camaraderie.
